The Olive Collective is a passionate and experimental piano, cello and oboe/cor anglais trio.

The music that we play is influenced by a variety of styles including classical, jazz, and world music, and the unusual combination of these three instruments gives us the opportunities to create exciting and exotic sound worlds. The ensemble is characterised by a love of exploration as we play with these sounds and colours, frequently incorporating extended techniques and improvisation into our performances. All of this combines to create the unique, lyrical and exploratory voice of The Olive Collective.
